Nope, it really does not. Nineteen terrorists killed almost 3000 people on 9/11 and made a whole nation suffer. One car bomber kills an average of around 30 in Iraq. Since this thread was all about the human race being evil and disappointed God, does that mean that God is evil if we're based off him? Or did we just screw up somewhere?
God does not need to repent or cry, it can destroy whole human species in few years and recreate new species in few more years. Remember what happened to the most powerful animal in earth.
