Are you sure you got the right forum, and the right username for that person? Because I don't see a Heratio on the member's list here at DP. Well you may also want to read about what the PayPal Buyer Protection covers and does NOT cover: click here. So you would actually be just plain out of luck on that one unless you paid with a credit card and can call your card company and see what they'll do about it. Or keep your fingers crossed the person will be nice and give you your money back. If neither works, then SOL.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I get it. I was wondering what TFL stood for over on OcelotJay's thread: the 11th, 13th and 15th post. Cyclon: I think we're hearing about it here on DP because there is huge possibility that Heratio at TFL is OcelotJay here at DP. According to OcelotJay's thread about ImgDay.com the domain was sold on TFL. Didn't know what TFL meant thought it was some bidding acronym I hadn't heard of -- LOL -- WOW I'm slow; never heard of the forum until now -- LOL. So he OcelotJay (aka Heratio) was hosting the auction on two different forums (if not more) under different usernames. Okay so the two usernames could very well belong to the same person. That should clear the air about that. Nevertheless, what I stated about PayPal and all still applies as far as you getting your money back.
