    Your traffic is probably not USA or English speaking. That will always kill your CPC.

    tabcdefg, as Dglassman26 has said, your traffic is probably originating from low tier countries. A lot of people compare on the basis of cpc alone, and that is simply misleading. Country of origin has to be considered, and niche as well.
