What's a Goal in Google Adwords and how to set it?

Hi,

There are no goals in adwords, it's analytics where you will find goals. You want to set up conversion tracking which is sort of same.
A conversion can be a signup, sales or submitted from. You have to put the conversion trackin to the 'Thank You' page.
