Strong Points
Go4celebrity.com offers a generator tool trough which websites can display wallpapers on their websites using a simple javascript - currently, 50 websites are using the generator and are providing a safe source of traffic and of revenue.

The revenues could be considerably enhanced by adding bios to celebrities who currently do not have one, by using the new Google Referrals, by updating the url filters from Adsense, or by repositioning the ads - I am not an expert at monetizing, but with these targeted visitors the earnings could be doubled easily.

The website has 700+ registered users (although the registration process was disabled a few months ago). There also is a forum (SEO friendly), which is inactive at the moment.

The administration process is easy and adding wallpapers to the website is done trough an automated process (only uploading the images is done manually). The administration panel also supports automated creation of the website's sitemap and the management of websites using the generator.

We believe that all wallpapers on go4celebrity are public domain (that basically means it is safe to use them in any way, as long as there isn't direct revenue: e.g. claiming to own the rights and selling them).
