    That looks like an affiliate link. Anyone who claims to put you at the top of google without the right methods for organic traffic - building links, traffic, authority, credibility, inbound links, linking text, etc. etc. i'd be suspect of. Most telling of all, what's the incredible method? Google uses very complicated means to set page rank and the top position for competative keywords. If only it were as easy as a free service to do the work for you; in reality, page rank and becoming competative for key terms takes months to build.

    If the owner of this page really discovered a way to automatically become #1 in Google, why wouldn't he or she just keep it a secret and become an affiliate to promote Dell, Microsoft, eBay, Car Sales, Financial Offers, and all the top paying affiliate niches for a high paying affiliate fortune?
