Is experience a good thing? I see a lot of politicians with have endured decades of the experience of being wrong. Others have gained "experience" with rather nefarious endeavors, such as Fred Thompson and his lobbying efforts on the behalf of some America's shadiest companies and also foreign nations. Rudy Giuliani has some of the same "experiences" as Thompson. Hillary Clinton will have 8 years of experience in the Senate by 2008, which I guess gives her a slight edge over Obama, but is that enough to matter? Experience didn't seem to matter when people voted for a George W. Bush (6 years experience as Governor of Texas, zero foreign policy experience).
Personally, I'm all for change, that's why right now I'm rooting for Kucinich... But he's not electable...
Yup, lately him or biden... I can't vote in the primaries, as I'm a registered republican... But the 1k-lb elephant this election is the IZ conflict, and I want someone that's willing to save the lives of our troops... No GOPer's want to see an end to the US deaths in Iraq...
