I have got question to all SEO Experts

Which one is better SEO or SEM?

Please dont tell me SEM is an part of SEO

I want Genuine Answers.

If you want to have instant traffic & ready to spend some good bucks...."SEM" is the option.

Else, if you think in long term...free traffics....that is SEO.

Let me think for long term rankings. If will go with SEM than it is worthwhile for long term rankings?

 

SEM is good source to have instant leads from online and if you have good money to invest, then why not? You can also do it for long terms...but do it wisely...

Organic SEO will take time, but good for long terms gains.

 

Well it depends on your niche.. If you have an online site and you need to increase your profits instantly, then go for SEM.. But if you want to have a good rankings in SERP in long time basis then go for SEO but doing SEO takes some time before you get what you need..now you choose? But if you will going to asked me which way to choose, I guess having both of them in your site is definitely a good idea! goodluck!

 

while doin SEO, you also need SEM since without proper search and market analysis, one can't do SEO. and in today's era, one need to have both skills together

 

Isn't SEO a part of SEM? I mean, SEM is short for Search Engine Marketing. SEO is search engine marketing, isn't it? I assuming you mean PPC (like Google Adwords) and then my advice would be to do both. Here are my reasons..

If your on a tight budget It might be a good idea to outsource one of them and learn the other one yourself! I would say PCC is the easiest to learn yourself.

Well, all saying very well, I just want to say that all are depend on you and your needs. 1st thing is you should get proper knowledge which are doing what for you and how much expensive.

Well, what had you done is right but as per my view invest some money and see the effect as I.At present my site is on first page of all the search engines and my business is on the top only due to SEOGenies. If you want to come on first page then contact them.

But rootinfosolutions has right. If short therm then SEM, if Long therm than SEO. But you can make ahese two at one time.

 

I will always suggest you to go for both SEO and SEM either then only you can be perfect in competition otherwise you will nothing when you bring your keyword top. so sem is also necessary
