Communication is without a doubt the most important weapon an individual needs in their arsonal. In any employment situation I have been in I have been closely watching for any lack of communcation and my job has been to improve any lack of communication. Whether it is on a building site or in an office situation you must communicate your thoughts to others to ensure a job is successful. Watching tv reality shows where if people do not communicate with each other they will not survive has only reinforced this idea to me. Communication is everything, I don't read minds no one does.
