    how much this domain worth. 6+ years old. 7000+ backlinks showing in Google webmaster tools. Once PR5 now PR2 with many internal PR1 pages.

    The domain itself is not valuable in this case - the real value would be in the page rank, links, and any customers that are paying you for services.
