    yahoo dont need to phone verify.only gmail is asking phone verification

    Its just needed to verify your phone when you are going to sign up for a new Gmail account as i know. If your problem is this, you should have a mobile phone from a supported country.

    Gmail verify our phone due to security reasons. There are many other websites don't need phone verification.
