All adsense accounts as far a i know must have a google account mostly Gmail. I help promote and made some articles for this guy and for unknown reasons to him Google disabled his gmail account. And this poor fellow did not even have a copy of all his hosting deatails, domain registration infos, and other stuffs from from this particular gmail account. the worse part, his adsense account is tied up to this gmail account and he doesn't know how to contact google adsense. I tried helping him but mostly came with a dead end. he was even isntructed to open another account and move the adsense account to the gmail account but it just didn't work. Is there anyone her who can help. his adsense account are still live as i check his website. since i help him before for a fee, I felt oblige in some ways to help him thus i am asking it in this forum if its allowed. why does he need the old gmail account for? when login into adsense you just have to know your username and pwd. you rarely get any mail from adsense. *plus if this poor fellow as you put it, had his gmail account disabled.. he must have been spamming like crazy...so he might not be so innocent.
Try to contact Google support, it may be a serious issue when you'll get notifications from adsense about a site that you need to edit or something like this ...
Hi, Actually this guy doesn't know much about that's why I was helping him out so I do not believe he spamming. He doesn't need his old gmail account. He jsut need to access his adsense account but to get there you your gmail account which you original use when you applied for an adsense account. He doesn't have much on theat gmail account except his communication sfrom his hosting account, domain registration and apparently a few affiliate sites like clixgalore, linkshare and those type of stuffs. Give the guy a break. he just want ot be in on this kind of stuffs for his grand kids. He is just spending some of his few money and hopes that he can make something out it for his grand kids. thanks JulieV
BTW. he suspected that someone might have access his gmail and that was the reason why. his computer has apparently got virus and they have to get it fix at future shop. I really don't know what happen but if I cannot help him out its okay but I'm trying to help the guy. anyways i will send him the address where he can try and hopefully he can get to access his accounts. Thanks for your comments... I just need to help a friend and if I got some scolding here or something to that effect better not comment cause I don't need. was he using his account for fraud activity?? his adsense account didnt get banned because your email address is only to signup and recieve updates after the account is active
I had the same problem few days ago. My google Account was disabled but my adsense,adwords were alright its just that I couldnt login into any of the Google Services. I mailed google using the links given in Google Accounts Help pages and got the issue resolved in 2 days. Though they never told why it happened, they just apologised for the inconvinience caused.
He tried to all the ones suggested on the google help literature but still come back with nothing. BTW. There is something I forget to mention. At one point he said he tick mark most of the emails that he thought are not recognizable and then click spam. meaning he just mark them as spam and could probably one of those where got some free stuffs and they might have keep on emailing him. these are just a few of the possibilities he thought might have happen. Anyways I am only interested in knowing where I can get information on where to contact Google Adsense so he can have access to it. Thanks JulieV
