    yahoo!
8 years with the same email.
    not much spam at all.

i wouldn't use any email service that had any kind of spam filtering that doesn't get the email to you..

there is no noticeable difference in junk policies for both mail providers, hotmail, and gmail. so you will feel comfortable

gmail all the way, I use google apps and I know microsoft offers something similar but I can't even figure out what it is. I love being able to use my 1 account for everything. I love being able to send e-mails from different e-mail addresses depending on what the business is and apply labels based on that. Nothing is comparable for webmail.

I was using Hotmail before I started my first BlogSpot Blog. Since then, I am using Gmail and felt its way better than Hotmail.

I used Gmail and Hotmail before and I think Gmail is x10 better than Hotmail for speed, security and spam filter.

I am no longer using hotmail nowadays but before am using it. I do like hotmail because of its windows live compared to gTalk but when it comes to sending and receiving mails I still go for gmail. It is much easier to used at the same time it is user friendly .

I haven't tried hotmail yet but if you said you didn't receive any spam yet then continue to use them. :)
