Gmail: Standard view does not display

Does this happen to you guys?

Sometimes Standard view just takes forever to load?

I use Firefox and IE, I have cookies and Javascript enabled....I have to use basic html sometimes...its a pain....

solutions r welcome

 

It sometimes happen to me also. It won't load, but usually if I refresh the page, it will load than.

 

Sometime we face this problem if we have slow internet connection. Sometimes I have to use Old version of G-mail due to slow internet connection

 

yes it's happened consistently because of your internet speed problem. just do CTRL+F5

it happens to me almost every time i open gmail.. i just refresh the page to proceed..

 

Yes it happens sometime for me in Firefox only and I delete the cookies and reload the page again and everything then ok.

 

It is the cause of not stabilize internet setting maybe or cannot connect to googleserver ^^ maybe

 

It happens to me also. I reload my firefox. May be slow internet.

 

it seems you not enabled java script, just go n enable java script, if it still happens just refresh you will be in standard view, if its still then you are using very slow internet connection.

 

i hve the same prob with gmail....i jus refresh it...takes a lot of time to load..

It is happening only in firefox and loading fine in chrome on same pc with same internet connection at same time. It seems Gmail has something wrong with firefox

Simple solution: Change http into https when entering gmail.

The problem is not only in internet explorer or firefox, gmail always take longer than any other site to open. My internet connection speed is not so slow but then also I face the same problem every now and then.
