I have started to use gmail for all the spam that I am receiving.

What happens when I click on Report Spam? Does it send an abuse message that I received a spam email?

I always wondered that, all i know is when you do that it just puts it in the spam box.....but I dont think they contact anyone.
I do the same thing with gmail, i use them to dump my spam into...haha they save every bit of info, figured they would love to save my spam....

When you select any mail and click it for report spam then that mail goes to spam box and next time when you get mail from that address so that mail automatically drop in spam..

Do any of the other email services, such as Yahoo or MSN, create abuse reports to help prevent these spam emails from being sent?

I think its better to visit: services.google.com/inquiry/gmail_security4 and Report...You can also send a copy to spam@uce.gov.. That is the government address to report spam. You may also use abuse@domain.com address for any of the email service that send the spam....
