Gmail issue again recently

We have experienced email lost recently with Google Apps - do you have the same?
Is the paid service is much better?

 

Do you mean the mail disappeared from your box or that it just failed to be delivered?

 

did not notice, use hotmail more

 

incoming emails donot reach us.
pls note, we are using Google Apps - the normal Gmail is working fine.
sometimes, our emails go to spam box of our clients!

any good advice will be much appreciated!

what kind of config settings do you recommend? yes we did config it to use the apps. i assume without config, you cant use right?
problem is, it has it RECENTLY not in the past and my clients are 'shouting' us lots!

 

why we dont use its : gmail , the son of google

 

I never had any similar kind bitter experience from gmail.

 

problem is, if you have a company and you would like to use many accounts then google apps is too too good!!
