Gmail = Increase of spam????

I usually get 3 - 5 every week! But my gmail account is pretty new... 30 is a lot!!

 

Mine is 2 years old and normally it has been the 5-10 per week deal.

 

My spam list until now 858 ! Crazy ! I think I get around 10 - 20 daily. And some made it to my inbox.

 

it's not related gmail. while you are submitting link directories or article directories, you are giving your email to so many people

 

I received spam email in my gmail account than in Yahoo. But Gmail has a spam filters are definitely better than Hotmail and Yahoo. Email sender discovered the new tricks GMail spam filters and enter the recipient's GMail inbox.

 

right now I am drowning in spam, what can I do

 

nothing special - about 50 - 100 spam emails per day but gmail spam filter is doing its job very well. not a single spam mail getting in my inbox

 

I've had no spam in Gmail.

 

As a targeted advertiser I would never send to google, and risk a lower PR or google blacklist

 

gmail got much less spam mail compare to yahoo or hotmail. they are the best of spam filter already.
