That happends because when try to load takes too long to load the page has nothing to do if you have 2 or 10 mb speed, there is something in you computer doing slow loading the page and that can happen by viruses or spyware.

 

or you can request old plain html version.

there is an option called compatibility view.why dont you click it while viewing your mail.
