Gmail adds voice and video chat

    This looks pretty cool. I was trying to get my family all up on Skype, but apparently it only works with XP SP2, and not SP1 which most of my family has... and if you haven't done an SP2 update, it takes about 5 hours... try doing that one over the phone with a computer illiterate relative... :)

    Anyway, I'm definitely going to try this out.

    Well nice info... I have been trying those out and have been impressed by them.
    I think they can compete with others such as who?I guess this is a first I think..

    yes now gmail is adding more and more features in their services which will create tough competition for others . Me and my friend in using video chat from last 8 hours and enjoying very much . Now we don't have to go anywhere else and we can do everything inside gmail .

    hmm... interesting. But until the market using Gmail for chat increases I'm going to stick to Yahoo for IMs.
