Hello everyone. I am in the beginning stages of a personal adult website. I've made the site, and started getting in slow traffic, but some traffic. I really was "testing the water" to verify that everything is setup and working, before taking it to the next level. I know I can't use paypal, and I understand that, so I did research. I found Globill.net to be easy to setup, and use, so I went with that. Now, after being with them for 3 weeks, and patiently waiting for my first payout (on the 17th) to show up in my checking account, I decided to email their support, which by the way, is horribly slow. Here's their response: "Payouts are remitted for balances over US $ 500." That's it. nothing else. So my reply: "WHAT? are you kidding me? So I have to hit $500 in order to get a payout? Where was this written?? " Then followed up by: "No, we are not 'kidding you'." I have looked over every single item on their page and it does NOT say anything about a $500 balance before payout. So, what about the items I gave to my customers? (Shipping some personal items, and sending stuff electronically..) Am I screwed? What should I expect from them? Please help guys, after their fees, and 10% rolling reserve, they owe me $130. not much, but I don't want to continue to offer stuff if they arent going to pay me. Thanks!!!
http://www.globill.net/termsConditions.cfm Minimum payout amount is required before payout is settled. This amount is set to $ 500.00. If the amount is less than this stipulated minimum amount then the payout is carried forward to the following payout period.
UPDATE- I'm within $17 of my FIRST $500 payout from them. Now, when someone goes to my page to purchase anything, it says "Payments for this website are temporarily unavailable. We apologise for the inconvenience." I emailed support yesterday and got NOTHING yet. This is REALLY starting to piss me off. Anyone else familiar with them??
Do they even pay out on time ? I am owed a few thousands on my first payout, no charge back everything clean but they went down as of maybe 1 week ago... And payouts are 2nd and 17th of each month, we are the 4th and still nothing How long does it take for their wires to arrive, or any1 else didn't receive there payout since they have been down Please answer as that I am getting worried, Thanks
I am owed $472. have gotten NOTHING. Their customer support emails SUCK. they have been talking about getting back online for 2 weeks... I emailed them and still nothing. I am beginning to think we are screwed.
No, that's just it.. they aren't taking payments for ANY site from anyone. and that's B.S. I know my site is adult in nature, but I did alot of stuff for that money and now I honestly sorta know Im screwed... why else wouldnt their site be up?
Sweet, did this happen to you ? I checked this morning, and all my sales after January 10th are pending and in yellow I was owed almost 8K now it says cause of all pending transactions which are after January 10th, I am owed 4k No indications of any payouts what so ever Ill verify with bank later on today, but what did you hear about them getting back online ? They had a few problems with bad merchants so i heard, so there bank decided put pressure on them and they are now verifying all there merchants Do you know if there sending payouts at all ? and why they are delaying everything ?
IGM, yes. Although my money amount was much lower. They havent given a good response. I emailed them asking how I can get the money owed to me, and they have no replied. Im guessing it's just us 2 that have been ripped off so far. I don't know of any other people using Globill...
If you hear anything from other sources, keep me updated I shall wait and see what is happening, suppose to get a call from person who got me account with them, he knows more on what is happening Ill report back to this thread when I know more
The bank who does processing for globill.net decided to suspend all activity, until all merchants and sales are verified.. Fraud merchants probably caused this globill.net is a big processor and I highly doubt they wanna go out of business considering money there making, so there fore there gonna pay merchants out just for sake of not tarnishing there image, but if bank who processes them quits doing business for good, theyll keep money frozen for 180 days, and then release to globill.net Which is very unlikely that globill pays the merchants if acquiring bank drops them, so lets hope for the best but odds are looking we should get paid out and things back in order within 1-2 weeks
I am very happy I found this thread, since i have exactly the same problem. 1.2 k r hanging with globill. Here is hat happened 1. I set up a account, got the module working on zen cart (shopping module) and made my turnovers with them 2. Immense cost, if you compare it to any other payment processor (about 15% of turnover) + Charge hold back 3. Globill website says: "Sign up a merchant account! It's free. No hidden cost". Suddenly they charge me 199 USD for Account set up!!! I talked to them. Their terms and conditions say, account setu from 35 USD + Well I thought ok, if its 50 Buck, no prob. But 6 times the price?!?!?! Got the setup fee down then to about 110 USD. 4. Everything worked fine on pretty high cost for 3 Month. 5. I am expecting a payment of 1200 USD for the 2nd of this month. I checked my Account balance on 01.02. and it had the 1200 USD. Now I wasnt paid out, instead of that i have a debit of -300 USD on my account. 6. Emailed them 5 days in a row. Website states to expect an answer within 24 hours. No answer until now. 7. Took globill as payment option off my website. I will wait until the weekend. If i dont get paid, I will send an email to all my customers and ask them to take their credit card payment back. Greetz D.C.
At least, everyone didn't get paid out and story is confirmed... did your sales after January 10th go yellow ? I should have all info on exactly what is going on with them this week Have faith, I think we should all get paid out, knowing they don't wanna go out of business and tarnish their rep Ill keep everyone posted when I know more
yes, they all went yellow. What reputation are you talking about? I heared a lot of nasty stories bout em. Received Email: Der XXXXXXXX, Your balance is in debit. There is currently no payout due to you. Please see Payout Statement attached. (Comment from me: impossible, all payments where accepted without any chargebacks, etc. Before 2nd of feb my balance was +1.2 k) In addition we have to inform you that we are not able to continue to offer our payment services to you at this time with your account set up the way it is. Should you be interested in having your application considered to continue processing then we would need a full set of due diligence documents for MY COMPANYNAME scanned and sent via reply to this email, including: - Certificate of Incorporation or similar - Directors full name and Passport scanned copy and proof of address - Company Memorandum and Articles of Association - if possible a letter of good standing from each of your banks - see an example attached - Business License if available Thank you -Admin team
Last email from them: I wrote: "Once you got these documents will you pay me out then? Can yu please explain the DEBIT on my account?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! XXXX" Answer from Globill: "Please review the Payout Statement to explain why your account is in debit. No, submitting the documents will not change your statement." After that I wrote: "Then why was it is + with about 800 Euros before 2nd of february??!?!?! Why did payments from January suddenly change into “pending!?!?! WHAT IS GOING ON THERE? Please explain or are you unable to explain your own statements?! The account statement says nothing to me!! " Answer from Globill: "Pending means the funds have not been released by the bank. " Afraid I wont get my money!
Its not looking good... Good thing is that there gonna continue processing, from what I read about there response to you, which somewhat guarantees a payout ( but less then expected the way its looking ) unless acquiring bank continues to deal with them, then its just a matter of weeks If you have any updates please write back, I shall do same when I have update from my sources
I emailed them and stated that I had not gotten a response, so I was going to contact my previous customers and ask them to dispute their payments. This is Globills response. Hello, Apologies that you did not receive a timeous response. Many of our merchants accounts are not able to accept payments at this time for which we are also sorry about. We expect to resume services within the next 2 weeks for compliant merchants. You will be paid out according to our standard terms and conditions, providing you fully retract your suggestion to encourage your customers to chargeback, and confirm this retraction with us. Should you decide to go ahead with this threat then there will be damaging consequences for yourself: we will have no hesitation in reporting this to the powers that be which will result in your details being added to the Match / Terminated Merchant File (TMF) (http: //www.findmerchant.com/merchant/ merchant_tmf_file.htm), making it near impossible for you ever to obtain a merchant account in the future. Each of your cardholders that chooses to chargeback will be informed that their billing details will be blacklisted, which will be the case if they go ahead, which we're sure they will not desire. Kindly let us know your intention. Thanks -Admin team
I got kinda the same response but I am not sure what that means... Does it mean we will be paied out within 2 weeks??!? Their English is either too high or too low 4 me Here is what I wrote: "This is the last Email I am writing to you, before I will take action. Why are the January turnovers set to pending? Does pending mean that my customers were refunded? What can I do to be paid out? How does it come, that before January 2nd I had more than 900 Euros on my account and now its in dept I give you the option now, that you answer this email PROPERLY, not in half a sentence. If I don’t receive a proper and satisfying answer to this Email within 24 hours I will take the following actions: I will email to all my customers that have used Creditcard within the past 2 Month and ask them to take their cardpayment back. I will offer them to get their items for 50 % of the price (they don’t have the items yet, because we need a production time of 2 month) it they take the card payment back and wire 50 % f the price directly to my bank account. And you know what: Since you have the contract with the banks, I will be very, very happy that you will bear the cost for all this action and refunds. XXXX LL.M." I attached my legal title to make sure they will take me serious and they kinda did. Here is the response: "Payments since the 10 January 2010 have not been released to us from our bank - that is why their status is currently Pending. These payments have not been refunded. We expect these payments to be released in due course. Your payout is according to our standard terms and conditions, providing you fully retract your threat to encourage your customers to chargeback, and confirm this retraction with us. Should you decide to go ahead with this threat then there will be damaging consequences for yourself: we will have no hesitation in reporting this to the powers that be which will result in your details being added to the Match / Terminated Merchant File (TMF) (http://www.findmerchant.com/merchant/merchant_tmf_file.htm), making it near impossible for you ever to obtain a merchant account in the future. Each of your cardholders that chooses to chargeback will be informed that their billing details will be blacklisted, which will be the case if they go ahead, which we're sure they will not desire. According to the Payout Statement for your account no funds are due to you at this time. You do have funds in rolling reserve which are released under normal conditions after 6 months. Please provide all tracking numbers for your orders at your earliest convenience. Without these we are not able to release these collected payments. Sincerely" Does anyone know what they mean by Tracking Numbers?!?!?! D.C.
This means according to them, there acquiring bank didn't drop them and they will restart processing in 2 weeks... I think they should pay us the green transaction by end of month for sure, but yellow transactions have to be verified by processing bank before released, and banks always release money unless they plan going bankrupt ( which u cannot sue them so they keep all the money ) It seems they will pay out all merchants they keep, and rest I am not too sure I used to be worried, but the fact there answering and trying to stay alive as a company with acquiring bank shows they will not disappear with money, it should come by end of month... Tracking numbers means when you shipped what your client purchased, they want that shipping proof But I don't think its necessary, if your client didn't charge-back yet, hes patiently waiting or clearly got the item! I pretty much got same answer emails as you guys, except the threats they gave to you guys Keep updating this thread, Thank you
