I just registered domain with globat for ~$53, but ir turns out that that particular domain is still registered with networksolutions. I don't understand why did they allow me to register it then? Now I'm just waiting for them to call, because they didn't give a definite answer :( Do you think it's possible to get full refund from them if they won't give me what I paid for?

I would read their refund policy. You can always do a charge back

If the domain not belongs to you,you may get full refund, but this also costs you a lot of time, and there is no refund for that.Sorry to hear that any way.

Why would you register a domain for $53? What extention is it?

I've never ever heard of this company before, but I'd suggest sticking with reputable, cheaper companies like Name.com, Moniker, Godaddy, Namecheap, MyDomain, Domain.com, etc which charge between $6 to $10
