Global Warming Site For Sale

Hi all,
This is the first site I have ever sold so please take it easy on me. I build the site several months ago and have done nothing with it. All of the content was written by me. I have no idea what the adsense revenue is as I never set up a channel for it.
The site is Global Warming Online

Site has tons of potential. I have no clue what the stats are so assume nothing right now.
Domain is included with the sale. I have it at godaddy and will push to you. Hosting is currently on my host gator reseller account. You can leave it there for $3.99 per month or move it within 7 days of purchase.

As I stated in the offer, I never set up a channel for adsense so I have no idea what the revenue is. If you are interested consider no revenue although I'm sure there has been some. Adsense has been on the site since I put it up in April.
I don't have a clue what the traffic is either as posted in the original offer. Assume no traffic and no revenue.

Site has all original content and a great domain name.

Do you know how many words roughly there are of unique content?

 

I wrote 10 articles of roughly 500 to 700 words on the site. I also took a couple paragraphs of content from Wiki which I think is on the home page along with my content. There is a feed at the bottom of the home page of news and updated information regarding global warming.

Thanks weishic. I would think the site would make a nice revenue producing site for someone with some effort. I just don' thave the desire or time to put in.

As I stated previously everything was written by me except information on the home page which was taken from Wiki. EVERY WORD ON THE REST OF THE SITE WAS WRITTEN BY ME.
If this doesn't pass your copyscape search its because someone has stolen my information and writing.
Did you bother to check all the pages or just the home page? Did you factor in the news feed on the bottom of the homepage or are you just making claims?
