I don't know about the rest of the world but here in Queensland its HOT HOT HOT - I don't doubt global warming - and we are having the worse drought ever How is it in your part of the world?
i say we have to defend from the killers (the bigest toxicators and enemies of the nature) which are unbeatably the US by far. And it is afecting everyone and by my calculations it is going to get realllllyyyyyyyy BAD in around15 years!
It's definetly a problem, but we've had record low's (30* - yes I know thats warm for most of you ) here in San Diego, so who knows. It's starting to heat up again though.
in this country its gray cold and wet mostly, we've a had a few sunny days, but, not much different that normal really
Every Monday(from 2003) I used to bath at 2.50 in ordinary water for going to my college (weekly) In summers I would not use heaters(geysers) but in winters I use it in th morning But in this winter in India I did n't use heaters as it was not much cold! I think its 50-50!
Its freezing here too... and drizzling sometimes..you knw we cant trust this weather...so...don worry alstar70, we all will pray for your country... have a nice day cheers
yeah, it is now affecting on the other part of the regions... here in our country, we also experiencing the effect of it,the ray of sunlight hurts our skin...
So where it is summer it's hot and where it's winter it cold and where it's always mild it's mild so on average things are average. On a related note: Snow cancels congressional global warming hearing..again!
Ontario, yes. We're having weird weather (well its only my first year living here).. but winter started to late and we just had a storm last week.
clearly there is a trend: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=2430907&postcount=1 I remember as a kid the HUGE topic was 'acid rain' - haven't heard about that in forever!
Acid rain!!! Yeah, we get that here too apparently? And smog! I'm not use to this province at all, I miss the prairies.. where it was all clean
Not where I live (Thunder Bay) but there was a few weeks last month where it really cold. There's not even much snow compared to past years at this time. I hate it because I can't go skiing and the ice on the outdoor rinks is crap. Pretty boring winter.
I think that was especially the case for the NE USA. Very mild winter until about 3 weeks ago and then BAM! 10 below 0 ever day for 2 weeks or more to what 'normal' would be for that area.
