Global Link Popularity of Site

    Hi, I have been reading SEOMOZ ranking factors. I just want to know what does "Global Link Popularity of Site" means

    I do not use them myself anymore. But I think it's "Link Popularity" averaged by top 3 SEs, G,Y,MSN,Dmoz, etc. So, it's not only one SE and directories but all of them all at once.
