    they owe me from november earning-january earning is around 140USD
    and has not received until now my november and december earning around 90 USD..which is payment due should is 15 January..
    Anyone get received payment from them ?

    Well I can unofficially confirm this, all the signs are there that they are either bankrupt, or they scammed a whole lot of people.

    They most probably scammed people. They have a cut on every cents that we earned already, and they kept the money belongs to us as well.

    Looks like im not the only one who is not paid.... They owe me over 2k.. and it really sux cause at this point i dont think i will see any of my money.. I heard from a person who works for their former ad serving provider that large advertisers werent paying them and since theyre a small company they just went bankrupt shutting down office and laying off all their employees back in the february. Looks like they owe money to everyone… their employees, landlord, ad serving company, etc...

    Last week i spoke to 2 different lawyers about suing their ass but was told not to waste my time because even if i win, which would be very hard and cost lots of money it would be impossible to collect anything from them since theyre out of biz : (

    i guess i just need to suck it in and move on... i was using 7 different banner networks but now will try to split traffic between 15 to 20 networks to minimize the risk of similar shit happening again.. I also heard that theris big % of networks out there under constant risk of going under so i suggest everyone split their inventory between many networks just in case some of them go out of biz! Btw I had same thing happen to me before with arg and canep they went out of biz and i didnt get paid, once they go out of biz i dont think theris much to do.. : (
