    I have a .com domain that ranks well for many keywords on google.com but is nowhere on google.co.uk

    I don't want to use webmaster to set .co.uk as the target audience as many come from .com

    I own both .com and .co.uk domains with the website sitting on .com

    How can I best utilise the .co.uk domain for optimisation on google.co.uk without facing duplicate content or other penalties?
