does gloadmarket.com accepts sub domains? i have a site accepted but when i have applied for another site it said "Your website has been rejected.

Our aim is to offer our advertisers the site offers content rich and meaningful traffic received no pay and allow us to deliver targeted ads better target users. We believe that your current website does not meet this criteria." I love global ad market very much. its ads will be neat and clear. cpc also $0.03 as per my knowledge. i have applied my 2nd application for http://globalonlineadvertising.weebly.com please suggest me changes to be made. I can remove ads from other networks also, all i want is global ad network approval. please help me to get approved.
