    Hi there,
Probably you have heard about Glispa network.
I have been with them since 4 months and i thought they are legitimate and one of the top network.
But seems very lazy and irresponsible network.
I haven't paid by them yet and my AM is not replying to my queries. (May be so busy...)
He already told me, Network will pay within few days and payments are initiated.
But, The network is not sending payments yet, I don't why.

What's your opinion, in this case...?

    Cheers...!

Man i never heard of this site . This is a big error. People join and use new affiliate networks even if they don`t know anything about them . This is the biggest mistake.

I have used them before, they had some offers for the demographic I was looking for, but I don't use them anymore.
Their website and dashboard is messy, kind of lousy tracking..

But I was paid, they never didn't pay me, but it was couple of months ago...
I don't know about them now..

They're inc 500 on the homepage? Hard to believe it if you treated you that way.

Updates: Today i logged into my account and my account has been disabled.
I contacted support and received following response from them

Obviously, I haven't tried any blackhat and all leads were from the PPC networks.
It may be due to the negative forum posting.

I have contacted them again about the bad quality leads.
    Let's see....

Bad news. I would suggest you only deal with well known cpa networks always.

    Dear all,
I would like to take the chance to clarify the situation.
At Glispa we are constantly working on improving work flows and communication to satisfy both our advertising partners as well as our publishers. Since we cooperate with more than 5000 publishers and over 100 advertisers worldwide there might be some delay in payment. Nevertheless Glispa staff is responsive and will take care of any issue when being contacted (every publisher has his own contact person at Glispa).
In this specific case there was a misunderstanding for which we would like to apologize. The account has been reactivated again.
    Feedback is always appreciated.
    Regards,
    GK

They smell rotten to the core. Their clients are below the usual Adblade, Taboola, Outbrain bottom feeders. They're the ones that distribute malware, trojans and hijackers with adverts like "your flash player is outdated; update here" or similar scams that fraudulently try to get you to install spam and malware. Their US corporate structure is illegal. Appears to be another black hat SEO company that thinks the best way to have a large balance sheet is to run adverts for operators engaging in the "flash media player update" fraud, etc., designed to install trojans and malware onto any idiot's machine that is stupid enough to click on those kind of adverts. On January 4, 2010, the California Franchise Tax Boards suspended Glispa's license to transact business in California. You can still do business with them there, at
    Glispa Media
    1001 Bridgeway, Suite B3
    Sausalito CA 94965
    Phone: 415 533 2599

That, prima facie, is a crime. I confirmed this by visiting their offices last month. Take these people to court in Marin County and collect! You can also collect if you live in Minnesota, where they have an office in New Brighton. No filing has been made with the Minnesota Secretary of State as required by law, and the assumed business name has not been registered, both crimes for which you can recover damages in the courts.

    The parent company is:

    GLISPA GmbH
    Matthias Juergensen, Managing Director
    Sophienstr. 21
    10178 Berlin
    Germany
    Phone: +49.3060984830

Also have a dark US office through their British registration:
    Gary Lin, Managing director
    Glispa, Llc
    2060 12th St. Nw
    New Brighton, MN 5511

If you read the employee reviews, it largely bears out what my research shows. http://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/glispa-Reviews-E700882.htm
