Hey all, over the weekend I got my first pair of glasses. I am not to bad in vision but I am farsighted some. My left eye is worse then my right eye the doc says.

My only question is can I wear these prescription glasses all the time? Like if I put em down ill forget about them, I really just want to wear them all the time. + I look good in em :D

Anyways, I was wondering if this is ok to do or not? I have a small headache after wearing them full time for about 2 days, but now when I don't wear them I get kinda cross eyed lol.

Not sure if that is good or not, please let me know.

My suggestion is to wear them all the time otherwise your eyes will get worsen. You'll face bit problems now as you are first timer but it will be ok after some time.

If the power of the lens is +/- 0.5 then keep on wearing them. Because after sometime eyes them self heal this much of ailment.

Well it depends. Are you required to where them full time? Myself if I don't wear mine I can't see a thing so I have to wear mine all the time. If you only need yours to drive or read or something then I wouldn't wear them all the time.

I don't think there would be any harm wearing them all the time but I am not a doctor so my opinion is exactly that an opinion. You can ask your doc about this and also you will need some time to adjust to the prescription.

Wear them for your own good. It’s not big deal.
