Giving my adsense earnings to childrens charity, is this OK?

I want to give my adsense earnings to charity as part of a network of sites I am currently working on.

Is it OK for me to actually say this on the website?

I am not sure whether it would be drawing attention to the ads or not.

It doesn't say anything near the ads and I appreciate that I can do whatever I want with my earnings - If I want to give it away I can.

This is what the page currently says and the only way to read this is by clicking the link in the footer of the page. By visiting the main page or any other page within the website you wouldn't even know.

    Thanks for your thoughts..

That is also against Adsense TOS.

That's like saying "Click the ads to support a charity!"

It would be against TOS because it would be drawing attention to the ads as people would start clicking thinking its for a good cause.

    Say this:

"All proceeds from [insert website name here] will benefit Childrens Charity. We are glad to support such a wonderful organization."

Its against terms of service of Adsense and most ad networks.

Although you can privatley donate your earnings to charity...just dont announce the fact that its adsense earnings your donating

That should be OK. If you don't specify the source of income, it should be fine.

    Peace,

I read it and it only mentions "Profit from Google Ads" and nothing more.

To be on the safe side, I would also ask Google after doing it to double check.

    Peace,

Thats amazing. I wonder where did u get that information.

Its totally against TOS to write anything like that which would mislead or force people to click on your ads.

Who knows after making money u give it to charity or spend at a strip club :D

if you doing it personally from any income stream, it just ok for me. however, nowadays people create some statement on charity but all the money was spent on beer. This is unethical behavior, and against TOS.
