If you allow people to sell sites after develop them, but under condition for new owner to keep your ad, that will be good deal.
Otherwise, I dout anybody will develop something under condition to keep it forever or give it back to you.
Think about this it makes sense. By the way I am not from US, but even if I did I have no interest in your sites because I prefer my own.

 

If you would have read the posts you would have known the answer to that question. The owner would have been able to sell sites / make profits under condition the banner stays.

 

I belive I can read. I don't want to open discussion with you. I just wanted to help and to be honest I don't care what you do and how you do it.

 

this sure looks like a case of a person who has a couple of sites that he cannot handle, wants to try to be a nice guy, but at the same time, cannot let go fully...

i think it's best you keep the sites to yourself and end the thread -
