Giving away 5000 INR every month (Indians Only)

    I am giving away Rs 5000 every month to the top poster on my Indian Webmasters Forum.

    Rules:

    1. Poster has to be an Indian holding a valid Indian Bank Account.
    2. Money will be directly transferred from my account to the winners account.
    3. In case of a tie, the money will be shared by winners.
    4. Decision will be taken by the IW panel and it will be final.
    5. Contest will end only on any month end after the winner for that month is declared.
    6. In case I am the top poster, the award will go to the second winner.
