Give your bank account number

I wanted to join valueclickmedia but since PayPal is not available to me, the only other way valueclickmedia is offering is direct deposit. They need my bank account number and my bank swift code for this (sure they also have my name), is it safe to give them this info? Only Account number and SWIFT code?

5. VAT no (if applicable)
