It's outrageous that a user can not delete their account. Please allow me to delete my account, I want to play nice but if this site won't listen I'll have to report this site to government agencies for breaching GDPR and CCPA laws. It's my right to have control over my own data.

This page may clarify the legal process for you: https://www.digitalpoint.com/help/policies

I'm guessing you're older and missed the repetitive education that is drummed into kids about "what goes online stays online".

If the problem is that you've sold the domain that is your username and the new owners aren't happy then you can purchase a "name change" which might be cheaper than "lawyering up"

In the meantime you have two options available immediately:
    • you can walk away and forget your account ever existed
    • you can request a permanent ban on your account which means you won't be able to return

Edit: I guess I was wrong about the recently sold. No changes to the whois since last year. No content on the domain. There must be some other problem.
