well the most efficient way is to identify your demographics before doing any type of campaigning. the reason I say this is because you're talking specifically about leads ( opposed to general search engine rankings ). it sounds like you want leads from a particular demographic. Figure out what search terms your demographic audience is using. Then build quality landing pages with at least one paragraph of decent text and video and pictures one possible. Then channeled those to the main areas where you can turn them into a lead. Facebook at this point in time is probably the ultimate the to a demographic audience as was mentioned by previous post. But you will need to weigh the cost of that versus traditional search engine rankings. In my opinion Facebook advertising is absurdly overpriced at the moment.
