hi every one, I am from india,I am planning to make new mp3 website for our language ( Tamil) which has more than 10000 songs . lot of tamil mp3 sites out there , but i wanted to make one one website with nice UI. I know, they don't get copyrights for playing and downloading mp3's .But they didn't get banned.I don't know how they survive with DMCA.I was trying to find the their hosting provider but they integrated with cloudflare.com so i could not find it.if they hosted in offshore ? what are the steps should i do before launching site?
My advice is to build a real website that can last years and years, doing illegal stuff online can get you in big troubles, especially copyrighted material and similar stuff.
In india ,it is different, they won't release album songs !! they release songs with movie. if the song is getting popular ,the movie also getting popular. so they don't care about songs,and some songs are not copyrighted ,some songs are copyrighted .They will block mp3 sites which iis very popular or the server is hosted in india or USA
