    I brought a new system, while opening the video containing folder an error msg occur " Windows Explore stopped wroking" if i close the window the all programme restarts automatically and the video folder closed, what to do for this?

    Open CMD with Admin rights and type "chkdsk" and hit enter. Your problem will be solved.
