if one is stressed close your eyes and meditate ...... or listen to good fast music ......... drink lemon juice to release your stress buster harmones .............. best of luck
whatever makes yo happy. stop working or stop whatever is causing you stress, even just for a short while and do something you really enjoy just to forget all the problems
I think that if you have a girlfriend so try to give more time to her.you will automatically get out of the stress.if u have not a girlfriend so try to mix up in friends.
Try taking a nap. I find that after taking a short nap I can often wake up in a different mood. Of course, if you're stressed because of a lot of things to do immediately, it's obviously not a good idea to take a nap. But if you can fit it in, give it a try.
while we get more stressed u can relex with entertainmet movies or play game to relief a tension, .. best thought is for sit quiet and take calm and break from attention,. you may also want to make discussion with priest or family member.
To keep my stress down from working online a lot I do the following. I take walks around my area. I also like to take long walks in other areas. I like to go to the park and sit in the nice weather. I enjoy walking around in museums. I like taking long drives in the country. I like to go to the library and read while I'm there. I also like taking naps sometimes as a way to relax and de-stress. I keep my house quiet and that helps me to keep my stress down a lot also. Sometimes I'll watch a quiet, calm movie to help me to relax as well.
well, i prefer watching television or getting some sleep as well. but life means tensions ....so you cannot actually rescue them
There could be several things and depends on one's personal interest.. You can eat chocolate, eat something, meditate is best one, close your eyes and try to visualize your loved one, chat with friend, perform your hobby if it takes less time etc etc.. I used to do meditation, close my eyes, eat something..
