give me suggestion for image folder name

    hello all

    i can try to used the image folder name like this :

    <img src="keyword1-k2-k3-k4/index_image4/careers.gif" width="159" alt="Careers" />


    so this is black hat or white hat seo technique ? also in the folder name in k/w list effect in search engine ranking ?

    p'se reply ASAP and then i will continue in using ur tips
