I'd suggest at least 3-4 posts a week. Make sure your keyword appears in the H1 Tags. Don't have more than two H2 tags. You can start with social bookmarking to get it indexed and a few hits but other methods i.e. blog comments, article marketing could be more effective.
ok thanx 4 reply but i was doing 10 posts per day in this blog and check is my theme correct for Seo, or not 2nd if i will use copy paste content with some changes so???
