I have planed to start own PPI service to promote my freeware. I can pay about $30 for 1000 installs. (It will be increase in future) Software categorize as freeware (not adware). Direct download links are available, Weekly payments (only from Paypal and Alertpay) Not geo targeting. How about my plan? Please give suggestions to me. What should I change or add?
