I agree with triphp123, there really are lots of lists, simple search on dp will find you more than you can handle.

You will find many such directories that 'auto-approve' the links, I keep away from those directories, because the other name for such directories is 'FFA'

 

Go to the solicitation and annoucement forum, most of the newly post directories are free and will give you link approval in 24 hours.
