    i kinda liked ur ad placement, just change the ad title to white as well, so that the ad content looks integrated with the content.

    For promotion, try out article submission, it should generate ample traffic for u.

    hey..i would suggest you to place some ads on the right side top also..i think that will help you....and try to advertise your site more to increase traffic
