    Regular post on your blog after post do Social bookmarking for the post with 20-30 Popular Social Bookmarking site every day beide join twitter it;s microbloging site you can also update your post there also do Directory Submission, Article Submission beside this

    Few things that come to my mind

    1. Fresh Content, interesting topic & frequently update

    2. Post it on facebook & Twitter. Make sure you have high number of friends. Join facebook & Twitter groups and post there.

    3. Optimize your site for right keywords. You can promote your blog by doing forum posting with sig, article submission, directory submission, blog comment, social bookmarking etc...

    Many ways, but I think that Creating good meta descriptions and Creating descriptive page titles (As I've seen on Your "Exclusive Media", You haven't created it yet) are more likely to be clicked by users on SERP (can increase clickthrough). It's good for a Long Term High Traffic...

    article submission
    blog commenting (relevant and Dofollow)
    classified ads
    social bookmarking and networking

    I guess there are many ways to do it.

    1. If you use selfhosted wordpress (not in wordpress.com) then you can install SEO plugins for the first step.
    2. Then submit your blog in google webmaster tool
    3. Burn your feed.
    4. Social bookmarking is a great way too (digg, twitter, facebook, stumbleupon)
    5. Commenting other blogs/forums.
    6. Exchange links.
    And be consistent and patient :) Good luck with your new blog.
