    It looks nice and simple, I would only suggest to make the logo a little bit bigger.

    1] Logo need to be a tad bigger
    2] Perhaps add a 'Special Offer' banner on the left or right sidebar

    Other than that it looks good. You might also want to think about simplifying the registration form.
