I would say somewhere around $200 - $250+ depending on your traffic. It is very difficult to sale domains. If you are selling to a guy that knows nothing about the internet market, domains, and websites, than he might buy it for 1k+ but my suggestion is to get genuine traffic to your sites. and than come back to appraise them. I agree with unitedgrow taking the time to develop content will see higher value for your domain even if your only willing to do the minimal amount just so you can pay your registration fees and seek the right buyer
