Since i have registered with Paypal i have sent all the documents to become verified.
First i was told to upload documents because i've passed the first limit. No problem reuploaded them, called them and they say it's not a problem - i can withdraw money.
Now after 3 months i got the account blocked for sending money because i've passed another limit. I had only 2 disputes that were clarified because there was a misunderstanding.
I've requested money withdrawal about 7 days ago before locking the account and still didn't get them.
My friend is waiting for documents to be verified for 5 months now...the second time.
I am going to call them every day until they take action on my account.

Please give me a Paypal alternative besides moneybookers or 2co.
    thank you

I'd suggest moneybookers. They are also a great payment processor.

How about quit with the sites like paypal and go with something more pro like authorize.net or go through your bank and ask about their website payment options. Wells Fargo, WaMu, Bank of America, and many large bank companies have merchant options.

Other than that you're just going to have to get through this tough time and accept paypal or accept 2CO.

This is truly what online Merchants need to do. Most merchant account providers now all have their own version of "online payment gateways". Most only sold credit card machines for physical swiped transactions.

authorize.net is a main gateway used by many major providers. The rates are much better than Paypal, plus the delivery of money is less problematic.

If you want any information on specific company's, I can provide some personal references. PM me if you want, don't want to post any links about it.

Pay Pal make the rules up as they go along. In my experience they seem to lose about 50% of documents sent in to them.

Its how they make so much money - by not paying everybody. They have had money of mine for 2 years and I give up. I broke no laws, I just broke their t+c's.

for uk (maybe other countries) users , i have always found nochex.com to have good, polite customer service.
obviously it wont be right for every one, but it may well be worth a look for some folks.
