The site will explain everything. Basically they are rebates paid to your customer monthly. Your customer can clami $25 dolars of the face value every month. They will need to comit to one gas station and spend $100 a month at that gas station. With todays Gas prices this is simple. They then send in the receipts and are issued a $25 dollar gas card.
