It says no toilet in the exercise area. Not in their cells. Two different areas, I'm sure.

Honestly I would give them DVD players, and have the worst movies ever made played.

Had it been any other issue, they would have been through the court system 20 times by now. Its time to give them a court date, or release them.

 

Enemy combatants are not afforded rights, even though they are given some anyway. Can they come stay with you?
