Dear Dper's I've been a Gisol customer for two years and now after realising how sh*t they really are, I've moved to hostgator. This doesn't excuse the fact that two of my better domains are stuck with Gisol! You see, I've registered these domains through Gisol's control panel and now I am trying to transfer them away from Gisol with namecheap. To do this I need EPP numbers, but every time I contact Gisol they always say to email Seems strange that I have to email the sales address for support issues so I do and low and behold - I get NO response. I send another and the same happens again. What are these playing at?? Have you had any problems like this? Rich
Ive never heard of them before. Continue to send letters to all known inboxes and threaten them with legal action. Explain the situ and continue.
